John L Grim has over two decades of experience providing business location services in the retail and office leasing sectors in metro Atlanta and around the country. He is an exclusive tenant representative with a focus on multi-location retail market development and corporate office relocation, with emphasis on tax incentives for companies relocating or expanding in Georgia.
John is a licensed commercial real estate broker in the states of Georgia and Florida.
John holds a Master's degree in Location Analysis from University of North Carolina at Charlotte (UNCC). He has worked as a site selection consultant for Fluor Daniel Consulting, and has a background in GIS and urban studies. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and a Life Member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors Million Dollar Club. He has also taught commercial leasing for state of Georgia continuing education credit (CE).
John is a member of the National Eagle Scout Association.
